Muse Furniture Inc. is founded and based in Japan since 1995. Our focus is sofa manufacturing, wholesale, and import.
At our factory, renowned for its high quality, we mainly produce OEM furniture for many famous brands in Japan and Europe. Originally, MuseFurniture was a company specializing in furniture quality inspections. With proprietary technology developed through Japan’s globally recognized quality management standards, MuseFurniture can offer high-quality furniture at reasonable prices. Drawing on years of experience, we are proficient in Japanese standards of quality, design, and production methods. In addition to our original products, we also manufacture OEM furniture for client brands, always prioritizing product quality and supporting small-lot, multi-variety, low-volume production to meet diverse client needs.
We have experience in wholesale all over the world and exhibited our furniture at Salone del Mobile.Milano and China International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair in Shanghai.
Materials
Our main products include upholstered sofas, wooden frame sofas, chairs, and tables. For upholstery, we use fabrics made of cotton, linen, and polyester, as well as pet-friendly, scratch-resistant materials. The leather options primarily feature cowhide sourced from Brazil and the U.S., treated with aniline dye and oil finishes. Italian leather is also available. We offer a range of leather choices, including single-layer leather with a vintage-style finish and crocodile-embossed leather, with dozens of varieties available. We also provide affordable, high-safety faux leather.
For wood materials, we use American-sourced oak, walnut, and ash wood, as well as birch. Internal materials include S-springs, pocket coil springs, webbing tape, and plywood, while cushion materials consist of urethane, feathers, and silicon fill.
